Roof inspections and reports
A proper look at what is actually happening up there, with photos, before you buy a house or storm season arrives.
You cannot assess a roof from the driveway. An inspection means getting up there, checking the fixings, lifting the capping where needed, looking into the roof space for water tracking, and photographing what we find so you have a record rather than an opinion.
The common reasons people book one: they are about to buy a house and want to know whether the roof is a ten thousand dollar problem, storm season is coming and they would rather know now, or an insurer has asked for a report. All three get the same thorough look and a written summary with photos.
If we find work that needs doing we quote it, but the inspection stands on its own. Plenty of the reports we write conclude that the roof is fine and the owner should clean the gutters and get on with their life. That is a useful answer too.

Questions we get asked
